Terms and Conditions

1. Check- in timing is 12 pm and check-out timing is 10 am.
2. GST shall be charged as per applicable.
3. In case of triple occupancy, any person above the age of 6 years will be charged as an extra person (with mattress)
4. Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. In case of any date change, booking will be cancelled without any refund.
6. Once booking is confirmed, no cancellation is available then.
7. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates .
8. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation booking amount will not be refundable.
9. In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check-in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed.
10. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
11. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guests .Guests are required to take of their all belongings/luggage. Guest carrying valuables items such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk.
12. This is an indicative itinerary and subject to change depending upon the circumstance or betterment of the product at the sole discretion of the management.
13. All rooms are strictly Non Smoking Areas as per the in house rules.
14. Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meeting/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case alternative can be set.
16. The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of baggage due to above mentioned is subject to maximum amount of INR 10,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Kumbh Tent City.
17. Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
18. Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the Tent city premises.
19. Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID 19, if we need to shut down the property by government guidelines/rules, we would not be liable for refund of your accommodation charges of Kumbh Tent City. We are also not liable for any refund of the transportation/travel expenses.
20. Any disputes arising in above mentioned terms and conditions is subject to Prayagraj jurisdiction only.
21. Right to admission reserved by management.
